Read it before you Apply or you will be instantly Denied.
To apply for MPF, You need to first, Ask an MPF Officer ICly In-Game.
Then you make your Application for it on the forums and wait to be Denied or Accepted.
You get the same MPF unit to post in your application, and say that you did everything you were supposed to do.
If it gets accepted on the Forums, You will need to be Instated by an OfC, EpU, DvL or The SeC.
Don't go asking directly for them, or it will count as espionage. Ask to be instated to an unit, and he/she'll do the rest.
