*The citizen is brought to interogation.
MPF: "Why and how does someone have that many strikes and have not been placed under arrest?"
Citizen: "Because not all mpf are as loyal as you believe."
MPF: Meaning?
Citizen: "There is a rouge out there you fool."
*The MPF ranking 03 Punches the citizen and replies "Who is it?"
*the citizen Spits in the officers face and said "Eat me"
*The officer pulls out his pistol and takes aim.
MPF:"Who is it?"

*The officer shoots the citizen in his knee and said "Who is it?"
*the citizen rolls in pain and becomes unconcious.
Radio:MPF: "I need to report a rouge, any suspiceouse activity report it. "
Radio: Rebel: "You need to change your frequency. Anyway would you like to know who the rouge is?"
Radio:MPF: "What do you want?"
Radio:Rebel"1000 tokens in a box outside the slums."
Radio:MPF: "Fine be there in one hour."
* A squad of OTA are briefed and placed hidden outside the slums and the box is placed.
*The Rebel shows up to collect the tokens and is approached by the ota and brought in for Questioning.
*MPF:Radio: "Should i amputate the civilian?"
Radio:MPF: "Affirmative".

Born 1985
Character backstory: Carl was just a boy, born in 1985. He grew up watching others play whilst he had to stay behind. He grew jealous of them and eventually scared them away by throwing rocks hidden behind his bedroom window. One day when Carl was in his part-destroyed garden one of the children returned and asked Carl to play. So Carl agreed and went to play. However he was confronted by the rest of the children and was beaten half to day as a police man walked by and saved his life, witch only grew his respect for the law.
He had one loving parents and a younger brother born in 1995. His mother had died in 2000 leaving his criminal farther to look after him and his brother. However Carl was the one who had to take care of his brother whilst his farther was out selling guns and taking drugs witch only made Carl's hatred grow.
Rodger's father was a illegal Weapon dealer , a criminal to be exact and was not at all caring or supportive of Carl's decisions. Witch eventually caused the arrest of his farther. His farther wasn't around much as Carl grew older. Strict discipline, respect, honor and duty Wasn't an option. However Carl tried to respect his farther for who he was witch didn't last long.
From the day he was born Carl had admired the police and there authority and there amazing abilities to uphold the law and that later encouraged him to join the MPF.Carl enjoyed watching police officers pass by and patrol the streets as they stood tall no matter how much they were disrespected or hated and this was admirable to Carl.From the start to the finish of the Seven Hour War, Carl Stood by and admired the courage and bravery of the MPF and one day wished to join them, This is why He is a perfect person to join the MPF and help them keep the earth civilized and under control.
