Get rid of the retarded ratio rule

Seriously.

If there's 2 citizens on that are not around the streets and/or are AFK then why deforce someone to deflag when they can actually RP on their unit, just because of ''lol ratio''. Now you're forcing units to deflag, they don't find anything worth doing on their citizen and disconnect.

We use this rule so that there are not fucking 10 MPF and 2 citizens, we can equal it out.

So if those 10 units can actually RP perfectly fine while the 2 citizens are off doing their own thing, why force them do deflag? It makes no fucking sense.

I understand what she means, but it's to make it fair. If wouldn't be actually fun if there are 8 MPF in the Plaza and 1 Citizen in it. CitizenRP needs MPFRP and MPFRP needs CitizenRP.
