Past RP experience: I have been roleplaying on a different game (GTA:SA) which is almost identical to this roleplay for about 3 years.
Past CP experience: I've played on some little roleplay servers for a while.
RP example: ** Bryan Fredricks walks to the store, noticing the security device illuminating a yellow color on his blue C23 uniform, he sighs and then proceeeds to walk back to his apartment and rest fort he day. He's been in curfew a few times and can barely sustain the stenching smell of his apartment. Brian Fredricks grabs a drink from his table, opens the canister and takes a few sips before putting it back in the refrigerator. (All of these commands and lines are created by /me and /it.)
Character backstory: Bryan Fredricks. A 24 year old male orignally from Chicago, relocated to C23 because of "disclosed reasons", yeah right, everybody knew that we was simply too smart for this city. He knows how to play on people and get their mind to work with him. His personality skills are developing hour by hour and his human insight and probably one of the best to be found in this current state of humanity. Bryan has had a pretty straight forward childhood. Loving man and dad, a lot of friends, good grades, graduated, graduated again from high school and then came to C23 because of the 'relocation'. He never saw his parents again, at least that's what he thinks, he swore to have seen them once walking on the streets, yet denied that fact because it'd be literally impossible. Bryan has always respected forces that radiate authority. Their style, the way they speak, dress, act, every thing was loved by Bryan. His dedicationship to the MPF was because of that also pretty big. And here, now in C23 Bryan yet tries again to be instated into the MPF so he can still live his life to the fullest by working as what he has always dreamed of; an MPF officer.

If yes, which (or both) and explain: I have completed and graduated for a quick course for both FAR (First Aid Responder) and EIN (Engineer In Need). The FAR course included how to treat something with bad wounds and how to stabilize hem until further medical assistance comes trough. The EIN course included repairing a vehicle and keeping it stable for a couple of hours before it needs more attention from a more experienced Engineer.
Why do you want to join the Union?: I simply feel that working as a citizen in this city does not mean enough. I feel that I should be more proud of my city and work harder to save humanity. Civilization is messed up and we need to control it, and that's why I agree with the MPF and it's idealistic ideas to force human civilization to recover by authority.

**Aiden Jones is hit, screaming in pain as the electricity runs through his body and disables his muscles, causing him to collapse on the ground.

** John Struttingham freezes as he rises his hands in the air.
John Struttingham says "Please, officer, I haven't done anything wrong."
** John Struttingham produces a nervous look towards the officer.

** John Struttingham nervously walks towards the wall and puts their hands on it.
MPF-C23.12355 says "<:: Citizen."
MPF-C23.12355 says "<:: Apply."
John Struttingham says "John Struttingham, 12300."

** MPC-C23.1235 unclips his baton from his dutybelt and starts hitting John a couple of times.
