Cit: /me attempts to punch the officer in the face
MPF: /me Takes the blow to the face and retailiates with a swift kick
Cit: /me attempts to dodge the blow and counter
(the two decide wether this should happen)
Cit: /it the civillian fails to dodge the kick and it hits him with alarming force
MPF: /me Attempts to pull out his stun stick while the man is reacting
Cit: /me Winces in pain from the kick and attempts to barge past the officer
MPF: /me Turns the stunstick on with a click and chases after the civillian heading for the slums.

MPF: /it To the citizens dismay the officer manages to catch up and tackle him, giving time for other citizens to get the officer help

MPF: Suspect detained, take him to the Nexus
other MPF: /me drags the unconcious civillian to the Nexus to decide how to give civil judgement
Character backstory: Andrew Mann was born on the 7/27/1986 he grew up like any normal person would, he had 1 sister and one brother however both were younger than him. His father who was an ex-soldier that had settled down and had a family and his mother owned a local pasteries shop. when he grew up Andrew Mann became an apprentice mechanic helping out at a nearby garage fixing cars and whatnot. As most teenagers were Andrew was quite rebellious and smoked weed and drank alcohol a few times.
When Andrew had grown to the age of 21 he decided to get a proper job and using his decent knowladge on fixing things made a buisness that fixed cars radios and any junk people wanted. If he found old bits and bobs, he would fix them and sell them at his work place. Andrew's fixing buisness went quite well and he made enough money to buy a decent house and eventually at the age of 24 he had a wife and a daughter of his own.
When the combine came he was split apart from his family, and his wife was taken into a different city and his daughter killed. He decided not to act rashly and even though many wouldn't actually liked the combine as nobody ever caused trouble around them. Apart from the odd nasty MPF Andrew got on quite well in this new world. He decided he would start afresh and be like one officer he met, helpfull and decisive yet follow orders exactly as given. Another reason he decided to join the MPF was that they reminded him of his dad who was unfortunatly too killed due to having a military involved past.
