Lua Datapack Failure

Gamemode: Half-Life 2 RP

Brief Description of the Issue: Well, when I join the server it goes good until 'sending client data' which then after it sends this data of the client, it just says 'Disconnect: Lua Datapack Failure' and the game receeds back to it's menu screen so I can cry a little harder about how I hate this error. Also, I've tried this on many other computers and they all get the same error.

When does the problem occur?: When I attempt to join the Xq28 HL2RP server.
