Andrew Marsh never knew his Parents after they abandoned him at Child birth, mainly due to the recent uproars in the City they were designated in the Combine took regulations on Citizens and began to relocate Citizens from the City to City 18, Andrew was one of these Citizens having being very Loyal to the Combine
But before he was relocated Andrew was a young Adult left in the slums, being taken care of by an old man called "Rusty", Andrew never knew his real name and never really cared, Rusty fed him clean pure water, and old Citizen Supplements, this lead Andrew to still be rather malnourished but never forgot much about his past life, until the Combine began doing sweeps of the Slums 'Rusty' evacuated Andrew from the Slums sacrificing himself to the Combine to allow Andrew to flee...
... Andrew never really cared until he found himself in the bustling Plaza from where he was counted as an ordinary Citizen, but he assisted the MPF by reporting Anti-Citizens and being a general Loyalist, until the Riots he was relocated to City 18 where the City was stable, and he began living his normal life as a Loyalist serving the Union as best he can until he applied to join the MPF.
