Tyki walked down the streets eyeing his surroundings in the new city eighteen, being recently transferred he was full of doubt and his English wasn't too well either. He had trouble understanding the people around him and communication didn't go to well either. He quickly walked down the streets towards a nearby MPF unit, asking for directions to where to go and register to the city's database. Once done that he was directed towards the appartments and settle there to life. He walked from the close by outpost to the apartments and opened the door, a odd scent filling his nose. He held his nose and entered the building, eyeing left and right as he turned left to the stairs. Taking the stairs Tyki walked three stories up, assuming there was a spot free there and wrote the papers for the room, purchasing the apartment with the meager amount of tokens he had. He sat down on the couch and
sighed, thinking back to his life in Portugal before all the mess started. A tear of sadness ran down his left cheek as he opened his suitcase and
checked if all his belongings were still there. He walked stood up taking his belongings and walked to the closet, opening the closet door and placing
his spare jumpsuits and belongings in there, storing them before he lost them.
Character backstory:
Tyki Arvelos was born in Portugal with a sibling in a small family of four, his parents were of avarage wealth with his father working as an engineer in a car garage and his mother being the household wife. Tyki and his brother Aldo started as everyone in elementry school, While Tyki gave it his all, Aldo was more of a troublemaker and got himself decent amounts of detention. In mid-school Tyki started to pay less attention and did his homework less properly, he was young man in puberty as everyone else. Him and Aldo went to different schools now.
Tyki was always fascinated by the work his father did at home, his father had a second car he always tuned with saved up money and spare time, Tyki was always there to watch and at older age helped his Father tuning the car up as a project. When Tyki was finnished with high school he started college for Car Mechanics Engineering. He started devoting his life to it and passed his exams with avarage and above avarage grades.
Over the years Tyki gained a job as Mechanics Engineer in the same car garage as his father. Him now having a good time and enjoyable job Tyki started to enjoy his life and expand his knowledge by attempting university in the evening hours on the cost of the garage. Tyki unfortunetely gained too much stress because he had to work overtime ocassionally and still wanted to live a life, he had to give university up.
Later on when older, just before Tyki wanted to attempt University again, the great war happened and ruined everything for Tyki. Hiding and running for his life while finding shelter crushed his dreams and job, making him confused and full of questions. After the war ended the overwatch was estabelished Tyki was desperate to find a new job in engineering, but the overwatch and Union did not allow him to continue work along those lines anymore as cars were now generally contraband.
After several complaints and requests the local Union had decided to transfer Tyki to city 18 in another country, he had to collect his belongings and say good bye to his family the same day. Tyki stepping in plane and train he made his way to city 18. Tyki stepped out of the train and breathed the air of the new city. Being once again full of doubt Tyki started exploring the city, understanding the ways of the Union and the reasons of their actions more and more.
After a few years he started to believe in the Union and decided he wanted to join them, he walked up to a 01 unit with all courage collected and asked if the man had some time. Being given the application Tyki quickly nodded to the unit and headed off to the appartments and started writing his application.

Why do you want to join the Union?: I hope to join the Union and bring human instinct to an end, humans are made to destroy themselves with war and
violence, this in my opinion end once and for all, I hope with the appropiate training I can discipline and help the human race to evolve to
immortality, combined with my engineering skill I hope to serve the Union well.
